Full Paper Submission

Kindly use the Full Paper Template provided in the website for formatting your paper. Full papers should be restricted to 5 pages as per the template.

The paper should be original and should not have been published anywhere else or be under review for any journal or other conferences.

A paper should not have more than four authors.

A person should not have more than two papers as the first author.

Please mention the most relevant one or two sub-theme(s) of the conference which fits your paper.

Tables, figures and images should have appropriate captions and be of good quality. Each of these items must be cited inline in the main text of the manuscript.

If your study has been funded or supported by any institution, agency, etc, please indicate the same under "Acknowledgement"

The full article must be submitted as a MS Word file in DOC or DOCX format or in PDF format.

Before submitting your paper, please ensure that the English used is clear, concise and coherent. This is especially important if English is not your first language.

Upload the full paper through the EasyChair platform. Once the full paper is accepted, author(s) will be requested to submit the copyright transfer form.

If earlier you submitted the abstract as a PDF file through the Easychair platform, then during the full paper upload process you need to replace the abstract file. You may simply copy the earlier submitted abstract in the text box, while as attachment you should submit the full paper.

Any paper which does not follow the guidelines may not be considered for publication in the conference proceedings.

Note:
  • At least one author has to register in the conference for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Only registered authors will be allowed to present papers and will be given the conference certificates.
  • Nobody will be allowed to make more than two presentations during the conference. This is done to ensure diversity and inclusivity of more active participants in the conference.
