Brief Bio Sketch: My teaching and research interests are mainly groundwater flow and contamination modelling, Geothermal reservoir, Fluid Mechanics, Hydromechanics and Water Resources Engineering, Multiphase Fluid Flow Modelling, Numerical ModellingMy publications are in the journals of repute and research publication has been recognized, referred and reported by India Science Wire (Government of India, DST, Initiative for high impact research areas), TECH EXPLORIST, Geothermal Resources Council (Global Geothermal News). My research works are published in more than 35 publications in international/national journals/conferences, book chapters and technical report. I have supervised 2 PhDs and currently guiding 2 PhDs, 8 PG/UG thesis and 38 UG project students. I have been technical reviewer for a number of journals. I have delivered invited lectures on technical, societal issues, teaching learning issues, motivational talks for students; Also mentored and counselled many students as faculty mentor of academic counselling cell. I have taught courses like Transport Phenomena/ Fluid Mechanics, Numerical Analysis, Hydraulic Engineering, Fluid Dynamics, Hydrology and Water Resource Engineering/Engineering Hydrology, Soil Mechanics, Study Oriented Projects, Laboratory Oriented Projects, Design Oriented Projects, Advanced Study Projects. I have delivered institute and department level services for Teaching Learning Center, Internal Complaint Committee (ICC), Departmental committees on Academics (DCA), Academic Counselling Cell (ACC), Student Faculty Council (SFC), Library Advisory Committee, Departmental Research Committee (DRC), and Doctoral Advisory Committee (DAC), Faculty in charge for Hydraulic and Fluid Mechanics Laboratory.
