Sharda Tripathi received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, Delhi in 2019. Subsequently, she worked as a postdoc research fellow at the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications, Politecnico di Torino, Turin, Italy. She received the M.Tech degree in Digital Communication from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology in 2011 and the B.E. (Hons.) degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal, M.P. in 2007. She is the recipient of prestigious POSOCO Power System Award in 2019 for her outstanding research work on Data-driven resource optimization schemes for edge devices in smart grid networks. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering at BITS Pilani. Her research interests broadly include Communication networks, AI powered solutions for IoT communication and applications, Smart grid networks, Design, analysis and development of 5G networks and beyond.
