About the Faculty
Dr. Chalapathi, obtained his B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with distinction from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani in 2009. He obtained M.E. in Embedded Systems and Ph.D. from BITS Pilani in 2011 and 2019 respectively. He carried out his postdoctoral research from The University of Melbourne under the supervision of Prof. Rajkumar Buyya, Distinguished Professor, The University of Melbourne, Australia. He has been a visiting researcher at National University of Singapore and Johannes Kepler University, Austria during his doctoral studies. He has published in reputed journals like IEEE Wireless Communication Letters, IEEE Sensors Journal and Future Generation Computing Systems. He is serving as a reviewer for IEEE Internet of Things Journal and IEEE Access. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE.

M.Sc. (Hons.) Physics with B.E. (Hons.) Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS-Pilani, (with distinction) in 2009
M.E. Embedded Systems from BITS-Pilani in 2011.
Ph.D. from BITS-Pilani in 2019.
The thesis title is "Time Synchronization and Task-Assignment Algorithms for Specific Domains of the Internet of Things"
