• Prof. Arkamitra Kar along with Prof. Martin Cyr, Prof. Georges Zissis (Université Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, Midi-Pyrenees, France) and Dr. Rachida Idir (Cerema - Center For Studies And Expertise On Risks, The Environment, Mobility And Planning, Paris, Ile-De-France) were awarded a sponsored project titled "Development of a sustainable eco-friendly concrete material with complete replacement of traditional ingredients with waste materials (WASTECRETE)" supported by the Indo-French Centre for the Promotion of Advanced Research (IFCPAR/CEFIPRA), a bilateral organisation set up by Government of India and Government of France (2022-2025).
• Dr. Mohan S.C. was awarded a sponsored project of worth Rs. 47.88 lakhs titled "Low-cost fibre reinforced elastomeric isolation using locally available materials – design methodology, numerical and experimental investigation" funded by Department of Science and Technology under DST SERB CRG (2021-2024).
• Dr. Raghu Piska was awarded a DST Inspire fellowship of worth Rs. 35.0 lakhs on a project titled " Computational modeling of damage in solids " funded by Department of Science and Technology (2021-2026).
• Prof. Sridhar Raju was awarded a sponsored project of worth Rs. 6.50 lakhs titled “Feasibility study to assess the use of waste plastic aggregate in the design and performance of BC-I and BC-II mixtures for sustainable pavements " funded by K.K Waste Management Private Limited, Bengaluru, India (2021-2022).
