  • July 2012, M. E in Microelectronics from BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus.
  • July 2018, Ph. D in Engineering from Indian Institute of Science (IISc). Topic: "Nanostructured Metal Oxide Semiconductor Gas Sensor"

  • 2008-2009, Cypress Semiconductor Pvt Ltd as Analog Mask Layout Designer.
  • 2012-2013, Indian Institute of Science as Research Assistant.
  • June 2018 - Feb 2019, Indian Institute of Science as Research Associate.
  • March 2019 - Oct 2020, University of California Los Angeles as Post Doctoral Research Associate.
  • Nov 2020 - Currently, BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus as Assistant Professor.
