Project Description

1) Design of Novel bile acid receptor (BAR) inhibitors using appropriate methods such as molecular hybridization, isosteric/bio-isosteric replacements, Structure/Ligand based drug design
2) In silico prediction of ADMET properties of the designed molecules.
3) Synthesis and characterization of the designed compounds using appropriate synthetic methods followed by analytical methods such as FTIR, Mass, NMR- spectroscopy.
