| Project Title |
Next-Generation Refrigeration Systems Using Natural Refrigerants (R290 CO2): Modeling, Simulation, and Experimental Studies for Sustainable Heating-Cooling Applications |
| Project Description |
This summer project offers hands-on exposure to state-of-the-art R290 (propane) and R744 (CO2) refrigeration systems through modeling, simulation, and experimental studies. In parallel, students will work on AI/ML-based translation, validation, and contextualization of refrigeration technology and safety regulations, enabling multilingual access (Norwegian–English–Hindi). The project addresses India’s rapidly growing cooling sector and includes online collaboration with NTNU, Norway, and Purdue University.
