About the Faculty
I have extensively worked
on hydrogen fueled IC engines and their application for vehicular purposes. I also worked on Dual Fuel operation of diesel engine and utilization of alternative fuels such as biogas and CNG in addition to hydrogen. I assisted in MNRE sponsored project titled as “Demonstration and field trials of
hydrogen fuelled three wheelers in New Delhi” partnered with IIT Delhi,
Mahindra & Mahindra and Air Products between years of 2014-2015. My
research interests are hydrogen fueled IC engines, alternative fuel technology,
applied thermodynamics and energy conservation and utilization. Currently, we are also working on Heat Pipe assisted thermal management of EV batteries. I welcome academic and industrial collaborations in the above mentioned research areas. I also welcome the students for any kind of academic or research related
interactions. I will be very happy to help them and share my experiences.
