About the Faculty:
Dr Rajesh Matai has been faculty in Business Analytics, Operations and Supply Chain
Management in the Department of Management at BITS, Pilani, for the last 13
years. His research interests are Facility layout/Location problems,
Combinatorial optimization problems, Supply Chain Management, and the MSME
sector in India. Dr Matai has published research papers in leading
International and National Journals like the International Journal of Production
Research, International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Applied
Mathematics and Computation, Measuring Business Excellence, Vilakshan, and
Conference proceedings like IEEM21.
Dr Matai is a senior member of IEEE. He is also a member of INFORMS, POMS, Analytics Society of India, Soft Computing Research Society, The Institute of Engineers (India) and AIMS International.
